Future-proof 3-phase Energy Meter

SDM01/EWM 3-phase energy meter consists of 1 18mm-width (1MW) monitor installed at DIN rail and 3 split-core current transformers (CTs). It is designed to meet the critical industrial application standards.

The device accurately measures real-time voltage, current, power and energy data (class 1 for active energy according to IEC 61557-12), with integrated both wireless (Wi-Fi+BLE) and wired communication (Modbus) available for data transmission.

Customer-Specific Cloud Integration

Users of SDM01/EW energy sensors can easily configure MQTT through the embedded webpage of the ESP32-8685 SoC.

Real-time electrical data, including voltage, current, power, power factor, and active energy, can be transmitted at defined intervals.

Local Automation for HEMS

With the powerful ESP32-C3 Wi-Fi+BLE SoC inside, the SDM01/EW has been widely used for local control and automation for HEMS (Home Energy Management System) via HTTP and UDP.

The SDM01/EW installed at main in-coming circuit of the distribution board is typically used for automation scenes of DLB (Dynamic Load Balancing) and Zero Export to Grid for PV generation.

Our SDM smart energy sensors feature an architecture combining a communication SoC and a measurement MCU. This design enables professional users to program the SoC to read real-time electrical data from Modbus register addresses via the UART port.
