This policy applies to all products purchased through shop.bituo-technik.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Note: All unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You must contact our support team (support@bituo-technik.com) to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any items back.
1. 7-Day Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If your item arrives defective, damaged (not due to misuse), or if we shipped the incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Proof Required: You must provide a photo or video clearly showing the defect, damage, or the wrong product received.

Solution: Once verified by our support team, you can choose one of the following:

Replacement: We will resend the correct or new item free of charge (we cover the shipping cost) within 7 working days.

Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. 30-Day Return Policy & Responsibility
We offer a 30-day return service for undamaged products (excluding free gifts or promotional items) . To make the process transparent, please refer to the following scenarios:
A. Free Returns (Bituo covers shipping)

Quality issues: The product has a verified hardware defect within the warranty period.
B. Buyer Pays Shipping (Original shipping is non-refundable)

Ordered by mistake: You bought the wrong version (e.g., wrong Wi-Fi/Zigbee protocol, wrong CT size, or wrong phase type).

No longer need it: You changed your mind after the item was shipped.

Note: We do not charge any restocking fees for these returns, but the buyer is responsible for both sent and return shipping costs.
C. Returns NOT Accepted

Arrived late due to carrier: We do not accept returns if the delivery is delayed by the logistics company.

Missing manual / Don't know how to install: Please contact our support team for digital manuals, wiring diagrams, or video guides. This is not a valid reason for a return.

Subjective reasons: e.g., "I don't like the design."
3. Return Shipping Instructions (CRITICAL)

Shipping Method: We strongly recommend using economy airmail (local postal service) for returns.

Customs & Duties (If applicable): If you choose to use express mail services (such as DHL, UPS, TNT, or FedEx), you are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred. Please ensure the return shipment is marked as "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP). We will reject any return packages that require us to pay customs fees, taxes, or Cash on Delivery (COD) charges upon receipt.

Condition: The returned product must be new, unused, in its original condition, and include all accessories. Products that have been installed or wired cannot be returned unless proven defective.
4. 2-Year Limited Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.
Warranty Exclusions (No compensation or warranty will be provided):

Unable to provide valid proof of purchase.

Flashing custom firmware, modifying, disassembling, or customizing the internal hardware/software.

Product damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, power surges, or failure to follow the manual.

Installations performed by non-qualified personnel (not a certified electrician).
5. Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–4 working days.

PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 48 hours.

Credit Card: Refunds may take 5–10 working days, depending on your card issuer.
