Thank you for choosing Bituo Technik. We are committed to delivering our smart electrical monitoring devices to you quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after receiving full payment.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Chinese public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there will be a significant delay.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Since our products are compact and lightweight, we offer flexible shipping options. By default, all orders are shipped from our distribution center in Shanghai, China.

  • Option 1 - Standard Shipping (YunExpress / 4PX / Airmail) : Estimated Transit Time is 10-20 business days
  • Option 2 - Expedited Shipping (DHL / UPS / FedEx): Estimated Transit Time is 5-10 business days

*Note: Transit times are estimates and exclude order processing time and customs clearance. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or other force majeure factors.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and the shipping method selected.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (Important)

  • Buyer's Responsibility: The product prices and shipping fees displayed on our website DO NOT include import duties, VAT, or local customs fees.
  • When your order reaches its destination country, the local customs authorities may impose taxes and fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Refusal to Pay Customs: If a package is returned to us or destroyed by customs because the buyer refuses to pay the necessary import taxes, we will not issue a refund for the order or the shipping costs.

5. Address Requirements & Special Regions

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide accurate and complete delivery information at checkout:

  • Physical Addresses Only: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address.
  • Accuracy of Information: Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the buyer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active within 24-48 hours.

7. Address Changes & Lost Packages

  • Address Updates: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@bituo-technik.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot modify the address.
  • Failed Delivery: Delays or failed deliveries caused by the buyer providing incorrect/incomplete delivery information, or failing to assist with customs clearance, are not eligible for a full refund.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period (e.g., over 30 days for Standard Shipping), please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

8. Inspection Upon Receipt

Our smart electrical devices are carefully packed to prevent damage. However, please inspect your package upon arrival. If you find any physical damage to the products caused during transit, please take photos/videos and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
