FAQ

Does SPM02 support bi-directional energy measurement?

Yes. The real energy flowing in the same direction as the energy flow arrow printed on the sensor housingis counted as forward energy.

Can I get a discount if I buy more units?

Yes. For bulk orders, you can refer to our Bulk Sales policy.

If you are interested in becoming a certified reseller, system integrator, or installer, you are also welcome to contact us directly via the email, WeChat, or WhatsApp details provided in the page footer.

How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Shanghai. Under normal conditions, delivery to most countries worldwide takes around 7–14 days.

What happens to energy data if the internet is disconnected?

The SPM02 MCBM continues to record cumulative energy consumption locally even when offline. No data is lost — once the internet connection is restored, the device automatically syncs the total accumulated energy to the cloud.

If the offline period is too long, the system may not display smaller time-scale energy data correctly.

Which circuit breakers are compatible with the SPM02 MCBM?

Currently, the manufacturer has officially verified compatibility with theSiemens 5SY and 5SL series. This verification includes comprehensive testing for wiring capacity, thermal performance, and mechanical fit.

The flexible version is recommended if you are unsure about MCB-mounting compatibility with your circuit breakers.

Can the SPM02 MCBM be flashed with custom firmware?

Technically yes. However, westrongly advise againstdoing so, as the device containshigh-voltage circuits that pose safety risks during modification.

Does the SPM02 MCBM support measurement of three single-phase circuits?

Yes, you can connect the brown, black, and gray live wires to the same phase line, and the device will measure all three single-phase circuits correctly.
