What is the measurement accuracy of SRS01/1PM for power and energy?

The SRS01/1PM provides +/-2% accuracy (resistive) for both active power and active energy. Every unit is individually calibrated before leaving the factory to ensure reliable measurement performance.

What happens to energy data if the internet is disconnected?

The SRS01/1PM continues to record cumulative energy consumption locally even when offline. No data is lost — once the internet connection is restored, the device automatically syncs the total accumulated energy to the cloud.


How do I set up Wi-Fi for the SRS01/1PM Open Wi-Fi <-> Zigbee Switch version?

There are three commissioning methods:

1) Using the BT Powerlink App

You can configure the device via Bluetooth using our official mobile app.

2) Using our Windows/Mac configuration tool

Wi-Fi credentials can also be provisioned through BLE using our Windows/Mac application.

3) Integrating with your own app

If you prefer to configure the device through your own mobile application, please contact us for the BLE API documentation.

Can the SRS01/1PM be flashed with custom firmware?

Technically yes. We dual-chip architecture with a dedicated communication SoC and a high-accuracy metering MCU—ideal for OEM/ODM customization needs.


However, we strongly advise our users against doing so, as the device contains high-voltage circuits that pose safety risks during modification.

Why does SRS01/1PM use similar form factor and AC wiring like Shelly Plus 1PM?

Think about traditional electrical installation products like Din-rail circuit breakers and sockets—brands may differ, but the installation form factor remains standardized.

This allows electricians to work efficiently, while users still enjoy distinct features and experiences. Why shouldn’t puck-style smart relays follow the same principle?

How do you offer Matter products without being a direct CSA member?

We use a co-branding model. Our Matter-over-WiFi devices feature communication modules and firmware provided by a certified third-party partner (similar to the "Tuya Wi-Fi" model), ensuring 100% Matter compliance and ecosystem compatibility.

This approach allows us to focus our in-house R&D on our core business: engineering professional electrical monitoring products and developing robust Standard Zigbee firmware, while still offering reliable Matter options through trusted partnerships.

Can the SRS01-P1EU operate on Wi-Fi and Zigbee simultaneously?

No. To ensure stability, the SRS01-P1EU operates in either Wi-Fi or Zigbee mode at a time. It does not support concurrent dual-protocol operation.

However, you can easily switch between protocols using these 5 methods:

  • Device Reset Button: Manual toggle on the device.
  • External Physical Switch: Trigger via your wall switch.
  • Zigbee Attribute Command: Switch to Wi-Fi via your Zigbee hub.
  • BLE API: Configuration via smartphone Bluetooth.
  • Wi-Fi REST API: Switch to Zigbee via local HTTP request.

How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Shanghai. Under normal conditions, delivery to most countries worldwide takes around 7–14 days.

We are also in the process of establishing a stock location in Germany, expected to be ready by the end of 2025Q2. Once operational, delivery times to EU countries will be further reduced.
