Does the SRS01/2PM measure total power or individual circuit power?

The SRS01-2PM hardware supports power and energy monitoring for two independent circuits. This means you can view the power consumption for each circuit separately. Additionally, you can easily aggregate the data to get the total power consumption. This flexibility makes it highly effective for energy management applications.

What is the measurement accuracy of SRS01/2PM for power and energy?

The SRS01-2PM provides +/-2% accuracy (resistive) for both active power and active energy. Every unit is individually calibrated before leaving the factory to ensure reliable measurement performance.

How do you offer Matter products without being a direct CSA member?

We use a co-branding model. Our Matter-over-WiFi devices feature communication modules and firmware provided by a certified third-party partner (similar to the "Tuya Wi-Fi" model), ensuring 100% Matter compliance and ecosystem compatibility.

This approach allows us to focus our in-house R&D on our core business: engineering professional electrical monitoring products and developing robust Standard Zigbee firmware, while still offering reliable Matter options through trusted partnerships.

How do I set up Wi-Fi for the SRS01-2PM Open Wi-Fi <-> Zigbee Switch version?

There are three commissioning methods:

1) Using the BT Powerlink App

You can configure the device via Bluetooth using our official mobile app.

2) Using our Windows/Mac configuration tool

Wi-Fi credentials can also be provisioned through BLE using our Windows/Mac application.

3) Integrating with your own app

If you prefer to configure the device through your own mobile application, please contact us for the BLE API documentation.

Can the SRS01-P2EU operate on Wi-Fi and Zigbee simultaneously?

No. To guarantee optimal communication stability and prevent 2.4GHz radio frequency (RF) interference, the SRS01-P2EU is designed to operate in either Wi-Fi or Zigbee mode at a time. We do not support simultaneous operation or real-time concurrent switching.

However, we provide 5 flexible methods for you to easily switch between the two communication protocols based on your smart home setup:

  • Device Reset Button: Use the physical reset button on the device to toggle between protocols.
  • External Physical Switch: Toggle the connected external wall switch to trigger a protocol switch without accessing the device itself.
  • Zigbee Attribute Command: Send a specific Zigbee cluster/attribute command via your Zigbee hub/gateway to switch the device to Wi-Fi mode.
  • BLE API: Use our Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) API for seamless protocol configuration and switching via your smartphone.
  • Wi-Fi API: Send a local HTTP/REST API request over your Wi-Fi network to switch the device into Zigbee mode.

How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Shanghai. Under normal conditions, delivery to most countries worldwide takes around 7–14 days.

We are also in the process of establishing a stock location in Germany, expected to be ready by the end of 2025Q2. Once operational, delivery times to EU countries will be further reduced.
